When promotional items are advertised or promoted offering a manufacturer warranty, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the specific product, not KareCo International, Inc.
The following are basic guidelines for a KareCo International, Inc. product return:
Promotional and Open Stock Product Return
All returned goods must be in original packaging and complete selling units. KareCo will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All returns will be inspected by KareCo before credit is issued. No credits will be issued for unpacked product. All loose product sent to KareCo will not be processed as a return.
Product that has been misused or abused will not be accepted as a defective return. Salon apparel will only be accepted for missing snaps or improper stitching. The manufacturer does not consider color staining, normal wear, or heat damage to be a manufacturer defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact KareCo within 7 days of delivery at (877) 495-7921. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number, and we will make every effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact KareCo before you send the damaged item back, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Online merchandise sent back to KareCo 14 days or more after the date of purchase cannot be accepted/processed as a return.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIP TIMELINES:
Orders are processed daily and picked up by UPS and USPS Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are packed the same day whenever possible and ship within 48 hours after your order is placed. While UPS and USPS times vary, domestic orders can take between 2-7 business days depending on the distance the package needs to travel. International orders can take up to 6 weeks once they are shipped and pass through customs in the destination country.
Please keep in mind that shipping carriers have been overwhelmed from new policies put in place during COVID-19 and with additional restrictions put on operations by the state of California where our product is designed, packed and shipped. While domestic packages typically take less than 1-2 weeks to be delivered, they can now take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on supply chain bottlenecks. International orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks due to these same issues as they may experience delays both getting out of the US and into your respective country and through the customs/duties process. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. UPS and USPS do their best to update orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once the package has shipped using the tracking number you receive from KareCo via email.
