When promotional items are advertised or promoted offering a manufacturer warranty, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the specific product, not KareCo International, Inc.
The following are basic guidelines for a KareCo International, Inc. product return:
Promotional and Open Stock Product Return
All returned goods must be in original packaging and complete selling units. KareCo will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All returns will be inspected by KareCo before credit is issued. No credits will be issued for unpacked product. All loose product sent to KareCo will not be processed as a return.
Product that has been misused or abused will not be accepted as a defective return. Salon apparel will only be accepted for missing snaps or improper stitching. The manufacturer does not consider color staining, normal wear, or heat damage to be a manufacturer defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact KareCo within 7 days of delivery at (877) 495-7921. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number, and we will make every effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact KareCo before you send the damaged item back, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Online merchandise sent back to KareCo 14 days or more after the date of purchase cannot be accepted/processed as a return.
